Program: 35-40 unit residential complex
Objective: To design a housing complex in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood that will provide an innovative, affordable, sustainable and supportive environment for families in which grandparents are the primary caregivers of their grandchildren.
Type: Single-phase open competition
Eligibility: Entering teams should include an architect licensed in the US or Canada

The jury includes nationally recognized experts on housing design, aging and sustainability, as well as local
service providors, developers and representatives of the Fairfax community and grandparent
caregivers.
